fvamc statement of safety and respect

FVAMC is dedicated to cultivating a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for all individuals. In alignment with this commitment, the Board of Trustees has established a comprehensive set of guidelines and expectations designed to ensure that every member of our community is treated with dignity and fairness. By adhering to these protocols, we aim to foster a positive and supportive atmosphere that empowers our community to thrive and succeed in our collective mission.

Furthermore, the Board has implemented a formal process for community members to file complaints and grievances. We believe this measure will enhance our culture of inclusion and mutual respect, promoting an environment where everyone feels valued and heard.
